Nathan Landis

Co-Founder,
Chief Technology Officer

Nathan has led software development teams in companies ranging from brand-new to Fortune 500, and has been integral in technology strategy from inception through acquisition. He has spent much of his career architecting systems which digitize complex paper processes, and is eager to apply that expertise to the construction industry.

Nathan began his career at PerkSpot as the first in-house developer. As the company opened up new opportunities, he led development on a project which grew into its own business, Spotlite, which was in turn acquired by Rally Health. During that time, he led the team through scaling and enterprise integration, and was integral in substantial technology team growth (from 1 to 30). Rally Health was eventually acquired by UnitedHealth Group, where he worked on fast-turnaround, high-risk/high-reward projects. He also organized a senior oversight group in charge of clearing team and technology obstacles for a 300-employee engineering division.

Nathan brings a history of fierce execution and high quality to Vertical, and is excited to bring his experience to bear solving new problems for the construction industry.
